phmaca Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "phmaca," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to phmaca.vip and the legal entity operating it.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phmaca platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the phmaca registration process.
• "Real-Money Games" refers to any casino game, sports bet, or other wagering activity on phmaca involving actual monetary stakes.
• "Bonus Funds" means any complimentary credits, free spins, or promotional balance issued by phmaca to a Player's Account.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification and any other KYC documentation requested by phmaca.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing phmaca.vip, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as phmaca's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmaca platform and close your Account. Continued use of phmaca constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments published in accordance with Section 14.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on phmaca, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are accessing phmaca from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of phmaca is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from phmaca or any other gambling platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• The funds you use for deposits are not derived from illegal activities.
• You have not self-excluded from phmaca under a currently active self-exclusion arrangement.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on phmaca. The opening of duplicate, second, or additional Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. phmaca will close duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein, including deposited funds and winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmaca Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. phmaca will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account.

You agree to:

1. Choose a strong, unique password for your phmaca Account that is not reused on any other service;
2. Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
3. Log out of your phmaca Account on any shared or public device immediately after each session;
4. Notify phmaca's customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
5. Ensure the mobile number registered to your phmaca Account remains active and in your possession at all times.

phmaca reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including during Account creation, before processing withdrawals, or when account activity triggers a security review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in Account suspension.

phmaca accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment channel and are displayed in the Cashier section of your phmaca Account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• phmaca does not accept credit card payments for gambling purposes in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be subject to a review period before withdrawal in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
• phmaca does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests from your phmaca Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your phmaca Account's verified identity.
• phmaca may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. Providing false or incomplete documentation will result in Account suspension.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or pending compliance review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per channel. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may be imposed based on Account tier and verification status.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• phmaca reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected, without liability to the Player pending investigation.

phmaca may, at its discretion, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless a specific bonus specifies otherwise.
2. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
3. Bonuses are valid for the period stated in each promotion. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
4. phmaca reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk, or collusion with other Players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account termination.
6. Players may opt out of receiving marketing communications and bonus offers by contacting phmaca's customer support.

All games available on phmaca are subject to individual game rules published within each game's interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the phmaca platform:

• Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. phmaca is not responsible for wagers placed in error by the Player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned, at phmaca's sole discretion.
• All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified algorithms. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published in the game information panel.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted by the dealer and are not subject to alteration after the fact.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed result and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be determinative and final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placement of any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phmaca and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on phmaca under the same identity or using different identities to circumvent restrictions.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other Players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the phmaca platform in any way not sanctioned by phmaca.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any phmaca game or system. Any such exploitation discovered will result in winnings being voided.
• Using phmaca for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Allowing any individual under 21 years of age to access or use your phmaca Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phmaca staff, other Players, or live dealers.

phmaca is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal distress.

phmaca provides the following responsible gaming tools within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phmaca Account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the length of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phmaca Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your verified payment method after a mandatory review period.

All content on the phmaca platform, including but not limited to game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, software code, audio, video, and trade marks, is the intellectual property of phmaca or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to phmaca.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phmaca content without the prior written consent of phmaca. Unauthorised use of phmaca's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmaca and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

1. Any gambling loss incurred through the use of phmaca's Real-Money Games;
2. Technical interruptions, server downtime, or loss of connectivity affecting gameplay;
3. Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
4. Actions taken by phmaca in good-faith enforcement of these Terms, including Account suspension or fund holds pending investigation;
5. Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or verification.

phmaca's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmaca collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phmaca.vip/privacy-policy. By using phmaca, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

phmaca complies with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and licensed payment processors as required by law or to prevent fraud and money laundering.

phmaca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the phmaca platform and, where practicable, via notification to the registered mobile number or email address on your Account.

Continued use of the phmaca platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using phmaca and contact customer support to close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate the current operative version of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the phmaca platform shall first be submitted to phmaca's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phmaca's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of formal complaint submission, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
